Scott Michael Higgins, 48, passed away after a long illness on October 15, 2009 in Edmonds, WA. He was born in Seattle, WA on June 11, 1961 to Michael and Alicia Higgins. Scott graduate from Arizona State University in Construction Engineering.Scott is survived by his son Andrew Higgins and Andrews mother, Linda Higgins of Seattle; his mother, Alicia Higgins; his sister, Cynthia LaVallie and her daughter, Michelle LaVallie; his aunt and uncle Mark and Monica Lundberg; cousins: Alex and Laura Lundberg, Adam Lundberg and Erika McCallister; uncle Craig Lundberg and family, and numerous very loyal close friends. Scott was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Michael Higgins, his sister, Angela and his grandparents, Roy and Florence Lundberg of Edmonds and Herbert and Marion Higgins of Ellensburg.A Celebration of Scotts life will be held Friday, October 23 at the Maplewood Presbyterian Church, 19523 84th Avenue W in Edmonds at 1 p.m.
