Left to mourn him are his beloved family: Margaret, wife of 52 years; son Mark (Beth), daughter Michelle (Leonard) McDaniel. He was the adored Papa to his grandsons Nick and Dan Parrish, and Nicks girlfriend, Hailey Emery. Announcement: In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be given in Howards name to the Mountlake Terrace Food Bank or a charity of your choice.
