Obituary Stephen Malcolm Goins, 62, husband of Glenda Goins, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, March 31, 2013. Stephen was born on November 7, 1950 in Frankfort, Kentucky to the late J. Clifton Goins and Sara Hoover Goins. He was employed for over 30 years at Goins Printing. He and Glenda also owned the Dairy Queen of Frankfort for 23 years from August 1990 until November 2012. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and an avid hunter and fisherman. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Sydnie Goins and Brittany (David) Ison and three grandchildren, Jacob, Connor, and Spencer Ison. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by Glenda's parents, Ansel and Louise Douglas. Funeral Information A memorial service will be 7 PM Monday, April 8, 2013 at The New Life Worship Center in Frankfort with Pastor Gene Roberts officiating. Visitation will be 5 PM until the time of the service at the church on Monday.
