Clark Legacy Center - Nicholasville
Madeline "Maddy" Rose Smith
November 12th, 1992 - December 6th, 2017
Nicholasville, KY For twenty five years many were blessed with the presence of our Maddy Rose. Her sense of humor and fun-loving nature masked the pain and guilt she endured as she battled anxiety and a subsequent addiction. We feel much gratitude for those that tried their best to help her and we can know that she has finally found peace. We will always cherish our memories of Maddy as an exuberant child full of creative energy. On the soccer field she was a team player as she played for LFC and Tates Creek. Maddy was preceded in death by her Father, Jeffrey D. Smith. She is survived by her Mother, Amy Richardson Smith, her brother Ryan Smith, and her sister, Lauren Smith. She also leaves behind her niece and nephew, Kyleigh and Kohen Smith with whom she shared a special relationship. Funeral Information In addition to an immediate private memorial, a life celebration and lantern release will be held from 5-7PM, Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing.
