Lexington, Kentucky Roberta June Wilcox Stamper Vaughn, October 19, 1941-May 6, 2015 Roberta was born to Betty Alice (Moore) Wilcox and Millard Van Wilcox of Glen Karn, Ohio. After graduating from Westmont High School in 1959, she married Ralph Stamper of Estill County, Kentucky. They had three children; Latonia, Mark and Dawn and were married for 21 years. She worked in the health care field all her life and after many years of working at the State Hospital in Richmond, Indiana, she moved to Lexington, Kentucky with her second husband Wilkinson Reed Vaughn. She continued working in the health care field and retired from CAKY after 30 years as a residential director. She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty A. Foster and Millard Wilcox and her only son, Mark Allen Stamper. She is survived by her daughters, Latonia Lyn (Matthew) Lyczak and Dawn Renee (Steve) Alyea, her brothers Terry Joe Foster, Larry Lee Foster and Jerry Jay foster; her grandchildren; Elizabeth, Kelly, Krissy, Laura, Megan, Gabe and Thomas., her great grandchildren; Lucas, Rylee, Beau, Gabriel Jr, Carson, Cooper, Kendall and Henry, aunts, uncles, cousins. She also left many beloved friends and special companions Minnie and Coco. Funeral Information A memorial service will be planned and announced at a later date.
