Online Obituaries for Lexington Charles David Sloan, 53, husband of Charlotte Huff Sloan, died Friday, July 15, 2016 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Huntington, West Virginia, son of the C. Dean Sloan, Flatwoods, KY; and the late Donna Dillow Sloan. He was a member of the Raceland Church of God of Prophecy, he loved playing golf, the guitar and UK basketball and football. Surviving besides his wife, are his daughter, Lauren {Joseph} Bilyeu, Crofton, Kentucky; four sons, Justin Sloan, Derek { Sarah} Sloan, all of Lexington; Jamie Logsdon, Magnolia, KY; Shannon Logsdon, Elizabethtown; sister, Davina { Earl} Arthur, Flatwoods, KY; and five grandchildren, Hannah, Evan, Aurea, Serenity and Kristen. Funeral Information Memorial service will be 6 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2016 at the Raceland Church of God of Prophecy.
