Obituary Kay Sligh, 81, of Winchester, Kentucky and widow of Jim Sligh, died Sunday, August 14, 2011. She was born May 19, 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Amburs and Cora Vest Christopher. She was an avid golfer and bowler, a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and a member of Todds Road Grace Church. Kay is survived by her sons, Steve (Susan) Sligh of Lexington and Chris (Beth) Sligh of Winchester; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Aaron and Chelsea Sligh. Funeral Information Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing. Funeral service will be 10 am, Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Todds Road Grace Church with Pastor Todd Nibert officiating. Burial will follow at Athens Boones Creek Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Nathaniel Sligh, Aaron Sligh, Steve Carpenter, John Greenleaf, Paul Walmsley and Clare Charron.
