Elizabeth E. Betty Lampkin, 75, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2013 at her home in Mountlake Terrace, WA after a courageous 6-year battle with liver cancer. She attended St. Williams elementary school and Ursuline Academy in Cincinnati. In 1955, Betty moved to Washington, DC to attend Trinity College. She was a Customer Service Rep for JC Penney insurance and in 1987, became a CSR at AAA insurance. She retired from AAA after 20 years of service in 2007. Her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her six children: Philip Lampkin of Covington, WA, Michael (Ping) Lampkin of Auburn, WA, Gregory Lampkin of Mountlake Terrace, WA, Kathryn Lampkin of Mountlake Terrace, WA, Amy Lampkin of Vienna, VA and Christopher (Keily) Lampkin of Henderson, NV; six grandchildren: Keelan Reynolds, Philip, Michael, John, Grace and Penelope Lampkin; a brother, Joseph H.
