Obituary Leslie B. Wallace Underwood, 58, of Lexington, Kentucky, wife of Winfield C. Underwood, died Tuesday, June 28, 2011. She was born October 9, 1952 in Lexington, Kentucky to Lillian Wallace and the late Richard Bower Wallace. Leslie was retired from Cobra Farm and was an aerial photographer. She volunteered for Central Kentucky Riding for Hope (CKRH), Kentucky Special Olympics, Rolex Kentucky's Three Day Event and the World Equestrian Games. She was also a member of the US Eventing Association and active with the eventing community with Three Day Farm. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her sons, Donald Walker of Lexington, KY and Jonathan Singer of Chicago, Ill; two sisters, Lisa (Frank) Hollingshead of Lexington, KY and Lynn (Charlie) Mitchell-Horne of Bear Creek, NC; her grandson, Arran Whitaker-Walker; her horse, Oscar; and her dog, Rose. The family would like to thank Hospice for their amazing care and support. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will be 4 pm, Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at Clark Legacy Center, with Christine Wulff officiating, followed by a gathering of family and friends till 6:30pm.
