Lexington, Kentucky Mary Ann Simons, 71, died Sunday, April 19, 2015. She was born August 9, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio to Orland William "Bill" and Edith Marie Wingart Myers. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Simons; two sons, David William Simons and Gregory Arthur Simons; sister, Carolyn Beldon; granddaughters, Brittany (Scott) Simons Loutner, Makenzie Simons, Jana Brooke (Steve) Simons Burdette; great-grandchildren, Avery, Evelynn Grace, Drake, Draydon, and Shelby; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Edith Myers; and a brother David Myers. Mary is also preceded in death by her beloved pet cat, Rivers. Mary Ann attended the University of Kentucky, and worked at Kentucky Central Life Insurance for many years. She also was self employed with her daughter Ann at their jewelry store, Illusions. Funeral Information Her visitation will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Trinity Hill United Methodist Church followed by her Celebration of Life Service at 2:30 conducted by Rev. Michael Coston.
