Susan I. Shane (Powell), born April 8, 1953, passed away Wed, July 2, 2014. She is remembered as a funny, kind, and energetic soul. She loved to spend time with family and friends playing poker or bbqing. She also enjoyed traveling and boating, especially to Sydney, BC. She is survived by her husband Bryan Shane and her three children: daughter Jennifer and husband Lloyd Shaw of Auburn, daughter Crista and husband Scott Jacobsen of Bothell, and son Casey Shane of Mountlake Terrace, and other family. Though she battled many illnesses in recent years, come remember the sensitive, happy, caring mother that so many lucky people got to meet. All are welcome to attend a celebration of her life Saturday, July 12, 2014. It will be held at North Sound church in Edmonds at 12:00 p.m. Please bring heartwarming memories and fun stories to share.
