Versailles, KY Cecil Doyle Atwood, 72, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017. He was born in Casey Co., Ky on June 7, 1944 to Atha Atwood and the late Doyle D. Atwood. He was a veteran of the US Army serving during Vietnam War. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children Anthony 'Tony' Atwood, Lexington; Alison Kinder, Versailles; Aaron Atwood, Versailles; brothers Garnett Atwood, Somerset; David Atwood, California; Jerry Atwood, Midway; Larry Atwood, PA; George Atwood, Versailles; grandchildren Justin Kinder, Jay Kinder, Jesse Kinder, and Affinity Atwood. Funeral Information A celebration of life will be held 7:00pm Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd, Frankfort. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, March 14 from 3pm until the start of service.
