Lexington, KY Charles Edward Lewis, 41, died March 27, 2016. He is survived by his parents James M. Lewis and Jani (Combs) Lewis; sister Bethany (Kevin) Spencer; nephews Lochlainn and Finley Spencer; birth father Edward Harrison Frederick; half sister Kate Roark; half brother Shane Addison and a host of close and special friends. If you knew Charles, you had to appreciate his acute sense of humor. Charles will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral Information Visitation will be from 3-4 PM, Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Southland Christian Church on Harrodsburg Road followed by a service at 4 PM. A reception will follow.
