Born Aug. 31st 1924 in Duluth, Minnesota, he graduated from Ballard High School, served in the Army Air Core during WWII, and attended Washington State University. mso-layout-grid-align:;text-autospace:Long time business owner of Nicks Boats and Motors in Ballard, he lived the remainder of his years in Richmond Beach with the love of his life Stephanie, who preceded him in death. mso-layout-grid-align:;text-autospace:He is survived by his 3 daughters Laura (Eric) Anderson, Deborah Weholt, Donna (Douglas) Spee, 8 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Charlie, the stars now shine a little brighter with you amongst them.
