Lawrenceburg- Debra Gail Abshire (Mason), 66, of Lawrenceburg, KY, passed away at Frankfort Regional Medical Center on February 3, 2018, after a courageous battle with Cancer. She was the beloved wife of Bobby W. Abshire for 47 years. Debra was born on January 5, 1952 to Irene and the late Bob Mason, besides her loving husband, she is survived by her two daughters, Stephanie (Leon) Riley and April (Justin) Edwards, four grandchildren, Blake, Niki, Cameron (Kirsten) and Austin, Three great grandchildren Jadyn, Ryder, and Ivy, her sister Terry Taylor, her brother Robbie Mason, and several nieces and nephews. Debra was a devoted Christian woman who loved the lord, her family, and friends with her whole heart. Pallbearers include Cameron Hutchens, Justin Edwards, Chris Burkett, Jr., Martin Pierce, Jr., Greg Wainscott, and Chris Burkett, Sr. Honorary pallbearers are Niki Hutchens, Leon Riley, Kirsten Hutchens, and Dan Wentz. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm until 7:00pm on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, 3000 Versailles Rd., Frankfort, KY. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 7:00pm at the funeral home. Pastor George Dye will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
