Myrtle Louise Hogan, more affectionately known as “Meme,” passed away on February 12th, 2018 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her six children; Beverly Hall, Rick Hogan (Diana), Don Hogan (Rosemary), Denise Rall (Ed), Dana Chancellor, and Heather Hogan Wainscott (Dusty), eleven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Meme was born in Woodford County to William Everett and Della Tucker on August 23rd, 1929. Meme made a life out of taking care of her late husband, Dean Hogan, her children, and her grandchildren. She was elegant, kind, generous, funny, and loved those who surrounded her unconditionally and without reservation. Her family is extremely grateful to the staff at Frankfort Regional Medical Center and Hospice of The Bluegrass for the phenomenal care that was given to Meme and the rest of her family. The family wishes to honor Meme privately and asks that all donations be made to Hospice of The Bluegrass.
