Ollie Maye Cosby Stapp, 91, wife of Harold James Stapp, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018. She was born May 11, 1926 in Woodford County, KY, to the late Oliver Winkfield and Della May Farthing Cosby. Ollie Maye was a farmer and a member of Faith Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Donna Gayle Stapp of Versailles; her sons, Douglas Stapp of Lancaster, David Stapp and Mike Stapp, both of Versailles; sisters, Trinnie Courtney and Mary Cosby, both of Versailles, and Florence Ethington, Lebanon; grandchildren, Adam Stapp, Sherri Case, Heather Dixon, and Kristen Arnold; and eight great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 1:00pm at Faith Baptist Church, Versailles, officiated by Rev. Bobby Lakes and Rev. Joe Collins. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers will be Scottie Foster, Brent Courtney, Kevin Cosby, Andy Dickson, Kendall Cosby and Adam Stapp. Honorary Casketbearers are Butch Crowe and Aaron Pennington. Visitation will be at the church 11:00am until time of service.
