January 7th, 1960 - April 20th, 2018
Laura "Sissy" Welch Presley, 58, wife of Ernie "E.J." Presley, left her earthly home Friday, April 20, 2018. She was born on January 7, 1960 to the late Elwood and Ada Welch in Nicholasville, Kentucky. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Tanner Hager; step daughter, Sondra Horseman; sisters, Brenda McClain and Donna Hammond; brothers, Jimmy Welch, Butch Welch, Tommy Welch, Larry Welch and Elwood Welch; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, George Welch, Kenny Welch and Henry "Punkin" Welch. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Monday, April 23, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing with Pastor Bill Bales officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be Butch, Jimmy, Tommy, Larry and Elwood Welch and Bob Royse. Visitation will be 10:00 AM Monday until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help offset the funeral expenses.
