VERSAILLES- Christopher Shane Bicknell, 34, husband of Kassi Leigh Bicknell, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018. He was born in Lexington on November 1, 1983. Chris worked for Raynor Garage Doors of Lexington and attended St. Leo Catholic Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his mother and step father, Jane P. and Henry S. Smith, Russell Springs; sister, Lauren (Phillip) Lowery, Russell Springs; step mother, Lisa Dailey, Versailles; step sisters, Christina Stapp, Versailles, Angela Barnes, Frankfort and Laura (James) Bustle, Harrodsburg; and his paternal grandmother, Barbara Bicknell, Versailles. He is preceded in death by his father, Steven D. Bicknell. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 17, 2018 at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill with Father Danny Schwendeman officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Crest Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be Brian Bicknell, Vernon Stapp, Terry Bicknell, Justin Stapp, Paul Stapp and Dylan Smith. Visitation will be Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
