Glenn Little
June 22nd, 1951 - August 18th, 2018
Glenn Calvert Little “The Legend”, 67, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. Born and having spent his formative years in Laurel County, he was the son of Calvert “Red” Little and Mayme Little Hamby. He leaves behind his caring and beloved wife of 21 years, Lisa. He is also survived by one sister, Laura (Wayne) Chapman; one brother, Rex (Julieanne) Little; a niece and nephew, Jenny and Rex Chapman. Glenn retired from the Kentucky State Highway Department in 2013. He possessed immense musical talent. A gifted guitarist and bass player, he performed with local bands and mentored many young aspiring musicians for over 40 years. Fellow band members and followers named him “The Legend”. Glenn was a big man with a big laugh, big heart and big talent. His music and personality will be greatly missed. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 5:00-7:00PM at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. A celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Woodford County Humane Society.
