Todd Townsend, 42, passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born August 7, 1976 in Lexington, Kentucky to Teresa Townsend Rakes. He is survived by his mother, Teresa (Mark) Rakes; daughters, Hailey Townsend, Alicia Townsend and Brooklyn Townsend; significant other, Emily Mosher; sister, Heather Froman; brother, Brian Glass and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Todd was an avid Star Wars fan. He loved his family especially his three daughters. Gathering of Family & Friends will be 3-6 PM, Friday, September 7, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing with a Celebration of Life to follow at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Central Kentucky Animal Shelter in Garrard County, Kentucky.
