Frankfort – David Norris Blackburn, 40, passed away on Friday, September 07, 2018. A native of Frankfort, he was born on March 3, 1978 to Robert and Pam Hulette Blackburn. He was a member of Graefenburg Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, James Robert (Jamie) Blackburn, Bagdad; his nephew, Christopher Bryan Blackburn; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Pastor Jay Padgett and Pastor Philip Meade will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be Pete Mattox, Jason Craig, John Gilbert, Craig Aossey, Jamie Bryan, and Gary Scott. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of the Bluegrass or Life House for Animals.
