Deborah J. Miles
November 25th, 1953 - September 11th, 2018
Deborah J. Miles, 64, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018. The wife of Rickey L. Miles, Deborah was born November 25, 1953 to the late Redgar and Doris Smith Taylor in Indianapolis, IN. She was a social, easy going person who enjoyed walking everywhere, swinging on her front porch, and the color red. She was known as “Mom” to not only her children, but their friends as well. Her favorite television shows were either crime or trivia related, that’s if UK basketball wasn’t on. She loved spending time with her family and dancing to artists like Elvis and Billy Ray Cyrus. In addition to her husband of 41 years, Rickey, she is survived by her children, Angie (Margarito) Moreno, Versailles, Brian (Terri) Miles, Versailles, and Donald (Elisha) Miles, Frankfort; sister, Linda (Robert) Griggs, IN; brother, Walter (Linda) Taylor, IN; and her grandchildren, Elias, Sierra, Antonio, Ariana, Brooklen, Matthew, Abigail, Kaiden-Jo, and Thomas-Edwin. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Redgar and Doris Smith Taylor. Arrangements will be made at a later date.
