Berea - John McManaman, 85, passed away Friday October 19, 2018 surrounded by his family. John was born in Brainard, Nebraska on August 22, 1933 to the late Hugh and Helen Kessler McManaman. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served during the Korean conflict. He is survived by his lifelong partner, Barbara Cote, daughters, Kelly(Phill) Gunning, Michelle (Gene) Brown, Barbara Dark, and son, Ed Gonzales, grandchildren, Jason (Jaime) Donahue, Nathan Donahue, Robert (Mary) Gunning, and Chad Gunning. Great grandchildren, Nicholas Donahue, Emily Singleton, Anna Belle Gunning, William Gunning, Christopher Gonzales, Amanda Gonzales, Danica Dark, Gene Brown, Cote Brown, special sister in law, Nelda McManaman. He was preceded in death by a great grandchild, Jacob Donahue, two brothers, Dan and Tom McManaman. No services are being planned at this time. www.clarklegacycenter.com
