Michael "Mike" Grayson

Michael "Mike" Grayson, 70, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019. He was born September 20, 1948 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Kermit and Mary Ellen Mattingly Grayson. Mike retired from IBM and worked as a tool and die maker in Lexington, KY for many years. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Emmons Grayson, Lexington; daughter, Angela (Jack) Willoughby, Lexington; son, Mike Prather, Lexington; grandchildren, Megan Prather and Luci Willoughby; sisters, LaVern (Jimmy) Avritt, Lebanon, Marcella Sue Browning, Lebanon, Rosemary Grayson, Lexington, Rita (Larry) Simpson, Chapel Hill, NC; brothers, Donald (Barbara) Grayson, Louisville, Wendell (Madeleine) Grayson, Springfield, Jim (Barbara) Grayson, Versailles, Ken (Holly) Grayson, Lexington and a host of nieces and nephews; sister in law’s, Sharon Larmour and JoLynn Herald Mike was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law; William Larmour. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing with a gathering of family & Friends from 2-4 PM.
