Barbara Lee Votava Rankin, 89, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was born December 9, 1929 in Washington, D.C. to the late James M. and Virginia Colvin Votava. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (James) Bishop, Wilmore; sons, James Raymond Becker, Wilmore and Daniel (Sylvia) Becker, granddaughters, Sarah Bishop and Amber Becker; great grandchild, Alyus Dwyer; Frankfort; sister, Jean Richardson, Florida; nieces Bonnie and Jamie. Private services are planned. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kentucky Alliance for the Mentally Ill.
