Jackie Lee Hays, 81, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019. He was the youngest of four children born to John D. Hays and Lillian Rathke in Virgil, Kansas on October 31, 1937. He is survived by his only child, Tamee Fechhelm, her spouse Andrew, two grandchildren Carl and Grace, his brother Fred Hays and his wife Edwina and his sister Doreen Homewood and her spouse Don, and numerous nephews and nieces, as well as Ms. Jean Hays, his former wife. Another brother, Bud Hays and his wife Lucille, predeceased him. Service held at 2 pm, Saturday, July 6, 2019 Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 1834 Louisville Road Frankfort, KY 40601
