Fred W. Williams, 82, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019. The husband of Amy Wade Williams, Fred was born July 22, 1936 to the late Cecil and Dolly Pritchett Williams in Trion, Georgia. A Veteran, Fred served 9 years in the US Navy and was employed by AT&T, in the Southern Region Headquarters with Planning and Engineering where he retired after 25 years. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Amy Wade Williams. Fred was preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Wayne Williams. Services will be held at a later date. Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill in charge of arrangements.
