Nicholasville- Connie Elaine Carter, 68, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2019. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Charles Rankin and Imogene Walker Carter on September 3, 1951. Ms. Carter retired from Diversco. She is survived by her 2 children, Heather (Terry) Cherry, Lexington and Heath (Tara) Baldwin, Nicholasville; her sisters, Charlene Hunter, Paris and Patty Webb, Nicholasville; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Private Services will be held at a later date.
