Jonathan David Horn

LEXINGTON- Jonathan D. Horn, 49, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at the Lexington VA Medical Center. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on December 28, 1969. Jonathan was a graduate of Bourbon County High School and was self-employed as a concrete contractor. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Operation Desert Storm with the Tiger Brigade of the 2nd Armored Division. He is survived by his father, Bascom Horn, Lexington; his sister, Jennifer McBrayer, Lexington; his nephews, Bradley and Jackson McBrayer, both of Lexington and his beloved dog, Patton. Jonathan is preceded in death by his mother, Susan Taylor Horn and his brother-in-law, Douglas McBrayer. A Graveside service will be held at 2:30PM Monday, December 16, 2019 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. A Gathering of family and friends will follow from 4-7PM at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust.
