David William Blevins, “Big Daddy”, husband of Bulah Ethel Blevins passed away Tuesday, May, 25, 2021. He was born in Monticello, KY to the late William and Marilyn Blevins. He was a diesel mechanic for 35 years. He is survived by his son David Allan Coe Blevins (Beth) of Versailles, KY, and their children Taylor, Tessa, and Ellis Blevins; Son Nicholas Kade Blevins (Tasha) of Lancaster, KY; and their son Daniel Blevins; Son Anthony Hubbard (Tasha) of Nicholasville, KY, and their children A.J. and Ben Hubbard; Daughter Desiree Doceti of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and her daughter Sophia; Daughter Vanessa Ramos of Pompano Beach, FL; Daughter Tammy Shackleford (Tim) of Lawrenceburg, KY, and her children Jessica and Kayla Cecil and Brian and Ciara Shackleford; and sister Trish Blevins, preceded in death by her daughter Samantha. A Memorial Service will be held for David Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 2:00pm at Clark Legacy Center- Brannon Crossing, 601 E Brannon Rd, Nicholasville, KY. www.clarklegacycenter.com
