Richmond - Barbara Ann Shepherd, 74, passed away on September 29, 2021 in Richmond. Barbara was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky on November 28, 1946 to the late Elisha and Zella Begley Shepherd. She was retired from the Wyoming Prison System as a counselor. Barbara was a very artisitc person having obtained two masters degrees in Art and Photo Journalism. After her retirement, she moved to Kentucky to be closer to her family. She is survived by her sister, Aileen (Leif) Halvorson, of Oregon, brothers; Mike (Shelley) Shepherd, of Richmond, Phil (Charmaine) Shepherd, of Lexington and her nieces and nephews, Emily (Minh) Nguyen, Kevin (Felicia) Shepherd, Marc Shepherd, Kristie (Barry) DeWeese, Alisha (Matt) Pittenger, Cassie (Ian) Hunley.
