Amy Dawn Collins, 36, born July 4th 1985, daughter of James William Collins and Rebecca Rose Collins passed away Friday June 17, 2022. Amy was born in Cynthiana, KY. She is survived by her 3 sons, Logan Scott, Coltin Hubbert, Aiden Collins; and 1 daughter, McKenna Collins. In addition to her children she is survived by 2 brothers, Jason and Jesse Burgess, along with 7 nieces and nephews and a great niece and nephew, several aunts and uncles and many friends. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date to celebrate the life of Amy Dawn Collins.
