Lexington - Cathy Stevenson Hunt, 69, wife of Brian Bassett Hunt, made her transition to heaven on October 19, 2022 in Lexington. She was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania on January 15, 1953, to the late Helen Schweitzer Stevenson and Chester John Stevenson on January 15, 1953. She married Brian on June 9, 1979, and they celebrated 43 years of marriage this past June. Cathy was preceded in death by her parents. In addition to her husband, survivors include daughters, Sarah (Jon) Rader; Whitney (Jon) Schneider; grandson, Jacob and a baby girl due in December 2022; her brothers, Paul (CeCe) Stevenson; Wayne Stevenson, and sister, Nancy Stevenson. Visitation will be Monday October 24, 2022 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing from 5 until 7pm. A private burial will take place at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to God's Pantry and Hospice of the Bluegrass. www.clarklegacycenter.com
