Woodrow Wilson Tackett, Jr., 65, husband of Linda Tackett passed away on Thurs., Dec. 15, 2022 in Lexington, KY. He was born in Mt. Sterling, KY on May 20, 1957 to the late Woodrow Wilson Tackett, Sr. and Rhoda Tackett. He retired from Toyota Manufacturing as a Computer Programmer. He was an ordained minister and faithfully served the Lord. Other than his wife Linda he is survived by three daughters, Rhoda Elisha (Harold)Janes, Lexington, KY, Linda Marie (Darren) Brown, Bedford, KY and Melissa Katherine Tackett, Port Aransas, TX; five grandchildren, Malachi, Daulton, Douglas, Jacob and Isaiah; two sisters, Carriel Hiler, Mt. Sterling, KY and Katherine Reed, Mt. Sterling, KY. He is preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Fritts, Josephine Langworthy and Caroline Tackett. There are seven honorary pallbearers: Harold, Darren, Malachi, Daulton, Douglas, Jacob and Isaiah. A graveside service will be 11am Tues., Dec. 20, 2022 at Machpelah Cemetery in Mt. Sterling, KY.
