Anne Schoff Bullock

Anne Schoff Bullock, 88, beloved wife of Harry Bullock, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Flushing, New York on January 18, 1934, to the late Charles and Rose Drolet. Other than her husband Harry she is survived by four daughters, Katherine Schoff (David Zerhusen), Henderson, Nevada, Susan (Chris) Altman, Pikeville, Kentucky, Jacqueline Schoff (Keith Jack), Lake St. Louis, Missouri, Jennifer (Eric) Schlarb, Lexington, Kentucky; one son, Richard (Stephanie) Schoff, Lexington, Kentucky; two step-sons, Warren (Gail) Bullock, Winchester, Kentucky and Patrick Bullock, Winchester, Kentucky. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, Christopher (Su Shi) Zerhusen, Henderson, Nevada, Ryan (Blair) Altman, Pikeville, Kentucky, Erin Zerhusen, Henderson, Nevada, Elizabeth (Daniel) Harmon, Pikeville, Kentucky, Dan (Luiza) Jack, Austin, Texas, Ava Jack, Phoenix, Arizona, Christopher (Erica) Bullock, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Jennie Bullock, Winchester, Kentucky, Alexandra Schlarb, Lexington, Kentucky, Hannah Bullock, Winchester, Kentucky, Sydney Schoff, Lexington, Kentucky and Lauren Schoff, Lexington, Kentucky; and six great-grandchildren, Ashton Harding, Walker Harmon, Lucy Altman, Sariyah Wilson, Chloe Zerhusen and Lane Harmon. Anne was a 1957 graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She was married to Richard Francis Schoff until his death in 1972. Anne worked for many years at the Jerrico Corporation. After retiring from Jerrico, she and her husband Harry were concessionaires with Daniel Boone National Forest, operating the Zilpo Campground at Cave Run Lake. Anne had a passion for nature, adventure, reading and most importantly, her family. She never stopped learning and growing and loved family gatherings, the bigger the better. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am, Friday January 20, 2023, at Pax Christi Catholic Church in Lexington, Kentucky. There will be a visitation beginning at 9:30 am at the church prior to the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Anne’s name to Pax Christi Catholic Church, Catholic Charities or God’s Pantry.
