Mark J Grimes

Mark J. Grimes, 56, passed away on January 31, 2023 at home in Lexington. Mark was born in Suffren, New York on September 2, 1966 to the late Edgar C. Grimes and Jacqueline Murray Grimes. He was a senior public service worker at Lexington Parks and Recreation for many years and served as an EMT and a volunteer fire fighter at Hillcrest Fire Department throughout his life. Mark was interested in all things computer technology and enjoyed learning about new devices. He was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his sister, Linda Grimes; his uncle, Joe Mercer; and his lifelong partner, Linda Bowman. In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Grimes. No services are planned at this time.
