February 26th, 1965 - June 15th, 2014
Maryann Elizabeth Nevins, 49, of Lakewood, CO passed away Sunday June 15, 2014 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. Born February 26, 1965 in Abington, PA. She was preceded in death by her father, Patrick J. Nevins. She is survived by her partner of 17 years, Jeff Curtis of Lakewood, CO; her mother, Carol A. Nevins of Pinehurst, NC; her sister, Paula Ruckman (James) of Charlotte, NC; her brother, Patrick T. Nevins of San Ramon, CA; and two nieces, Erica and Megan Ruckman of Charlotte, NC. Maryann was an avid outdoors girl. She enjoyed hiking, camping and fishing. She traveled to many national parks and hiked at least two “fourteeners.” Maryann also leaves behind friends and co-workers at Eagle XM. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
