Edmond Clark Randle
May 28th, 1929 - January 28th, 2019
“We never lose the ones we love, For even though they’re gone, Within the hearts of those who care, Their memory lingers on.” Edmond Randle was born in Booth, TX on May 28, 1929 to Robert and Clara Randle. He joined the army in 1946, serving tours in Vietnam and Korea during his over 20-year career. He retired while stationed at Fort Lewis, WA. It was in Seattle that he met and married his current wife of 36 years, Estrella. When he was diagnosed with cancer last March, she was there for every doctor appointment and cared for him daily as his condition worsened. Ed died at home – as was his wish – on January 28, 2019. Ed was the proud father to seven children (Gwen, Rhonda, Robert, Sheryl Lynn, Earlene, Elaine, and Eric) and is survived by a large extended family. Granddaddy. Great-Grandpa. Uncle. Cousin. Brother. “Sarge”. Known by many names, but loved by all. He will be missed.
