Vivian Smith Blackburn, 90, passed away, Friday, March 5, 2021. Born July 12, 1930 to the late Julia and Marshall Smith, wife of Jim Blackburn for 68 years prior to his death in 2019, Mother of Ann Ritchey and Pat Blackburn, Grandmother of Benjamin Ritchey, all deceased. She graduated from Versailles High School in 1948 and the University of Kentucky in 1952. Vivian was an organist for many years at the Versailles Baptist Church. She and her husband owned and ran Blackburn Frame Products for 30 years. She is survived by grandchildren, Thomas Blackburn, James (Caitlin) Ritchey, Grant Ritchey, Katy Ritchey and daughter-in-law Gayle Blackburn and very special great grandsons, Topher and Sully Ritchey. A Graveside Service will be 1:00pm, Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Versailles Cemetery; officiating will be Rev Zack Davis. Serving as pallbearers will be James Ritchey, Larry Smith, thomas Blackburn, Morgan Vickers, Bobby Murray, Skip Johnson, and Glenn Capello; honorary pallbearers are Grant Ritchey, Jeff Campbell, Barbara Houch, Maryrose Martin, Joan Devers, Tommy Smith, Don Lee, Sherry Collihan, Kevin M Smith and David Smith. A Visitation will be held 12:00pm-1:00pm at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill.
