Patty Vaughn

Patty Davenport Vaughn (83) of Versailles, Kentucky and formerly of Rochester, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Northpoint (Lexington) Healthcare Center. Patty was born on April 30, 1940 in Butler County, Kentucky to the union of the late Charles K. and Edna Mae (Barrow) Davenport of Rochester. She was a member of the Versailles United Methodist Church and was retired from the Butler County Schools where she was a longtime teacher and administrator. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Willis Vaughn. Patty D. Vaughn is survived by her children, Terri Vaughn Morford (Mark) of Versailles, KY, and Charles “Chuck” Willis Vaughn (Debbie) of Independence, KY; four grandchildren Christopher “Chris” Vaughn Morford of Georgetown, KY; Amy Treadway (Chase) of Tampa, FL; Harrison Willis “Will” Vaughn of Independence, KY and Caroline Elliott “Ellie” Vaughn of Independence, KY; and one great-granddaughter Charlie Ann Treadway of Tampa, FL; one sister Ann Wells of Rochester, KY; one brother-in-law Gene Hunt Vaughn (Evelyn) of Bowling Green, KY; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Clark Funeral Home in Versailles, Kentucky on Saturday, June 24, 4:00pm till 7:00pm. Visitation will continue at the Jones Funeral Chapel in Morgantown, Kentucky on Sunday, June 25 1:00pm till 6:00pm CST with the funeral being held at the Morgantown First United Methodist Church on Monday, June 26 at 12:00pm CST.
