  • Care of your loved one until burial is complete. Family not present with timing at the discretion of the funeral home.

Recently we worked with Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services for my father’s funeral services. Planning a funeral for a loved one is difficult. Ponderosa did an excellent job helping us navigate all the details and with scheduling services. We worked with Maddie and she communicated very well and followed through with everything they said they would do. This is the third time I have worked with Ponderosa. I worked with them also for my sons and mothers funeral services as well. This isn’t something anyone wants to do…but when you need help, Ponderosa has has been there to help through very difficult times.

Very compassionate professionals in a dire time for anybody. Answered all my questions and handled my mom with dignity. Always stayed in communication with us as we had to wait on a cremation bracelet. We didn't feel pressure to buy anything or upgrade to something more expensive. Very nice place to work with!

I made the decision to go with Baldwin Brothers after reading the reviews and by someone recommending them. I opted to get cremation packages for myself and my mom. Paulette was the person that answered my questions, explained the process and cost. After my mom passed on April 29, 2025, Baldwin Brothers were called and handled everything. Even though my mom had passed, she was still treated with dignity and love. I was given time to say my final goodbye. Everything was handled with compassion and care. Afterwards, everything was explained about the cremation process, timeline, paperwork, etc. Paulette was so kind and compassionate during a very emotional time for me. I was very happy with my decision to move forward with going with Baldwin Brothers. If you are looking for funeral arrangment information, please call them first. You will be treated like family and their prices are very reasonable. Paulette and Suzette are the best. I thank you both for taking care of my mom and my family during a very difficult time.
