Loyless handled arrangements for both my Father and Mother. They have top notch customer relations and excellent services offered.

Stacey and staff were very empathetic during this time. Would definitely recommend them! My MIL had already done her planning and Stacey helped us to get everything done. Never had any pressure to buy "extras".

I recently buried my Mom which is just an all around awful experience. I wish no one had to go through something like this but as we all come to know in life, there's only 1 way in and 1 way out. That being said, my heart was heavy and when people weren't looking tears were either welling up or falling down. The staff at SCC funeral home were so caring and wanted me to know that in every moment they were all there for me and I felt the honesty of each of them. Yes the "job" puts these employees in these types of situations but everyone was more than an employee or paycheck and for that I'm truly blessed. I knew my Mom wouldn't have a line around the block of friends and family coming to pay their last respects, Mom was 80 so at least a few friends had already spent time at the SCCFH and my family is scattered around the country so making an appearance was unlikely for most. The number of attendees did not matter to me or even my Mom. God willing Mom and everyone she's loved is sitting by a pool being served whatever they desire... never running out of either spirits nor laughter... When no one was visiting Mom, Julie and the other staffers were by my side helping me contain my emotions and ready for another one of my stories about Mom. Like when she said to me, today I had a muffin for breakfast but it was really HOT - I had to wait a long time to eat it. Really? How long did you put it in for? She says I pressed the #6... wHaT?? You put a muffin in the microwave for SIX minutes!!! No wonder it was nuclear HOT!!!! Preparing for Mom's service was easy to comprehend, the arrangements we picked were beautiful, the ambiance was relaxing and peaceful. I encountered NO surprises or hidden costs and when I did want something specific for Mom I got NO resistance. Like her wearing her Golden girls tee shirt!! That's who Big D was, FUN but super caring and kind hearted. I wouldn't want for even a huge discount to have seen my Mom off at another venue. Oh, by the way, my dad passed about 10 years ago and we had his showing here as well... I honestly don't believe I have ever felt so good in a terrible situation.... Thanks to Julie and the rest of Sun City Center Funeral Home's Staff!!! - as for the photo, meet Dorothy, Dot or Big D Jones - My most wonderful mother who is missed with every breath... you can make up your own caption... today mine is, Mom where did you put the remote? I left it right over there!!!! ;) Sincerely, Derek Jones
