The funeral we had was for our son was unexpected . All Veterans was extremely helpful. Thank you Gail and Meagan! The funeral was amazing; the bagpipes playing as the casket was brought in; the flag folding along with the explanation of what each fold represented; the 21 gun salute and the Pastor recommended was amazing; it was as if he knew our son for years. Thank you again !!

I want to thank the staff for their care and kindness during a very difficult time. Their service overall was thoughtful, and we truly appreciate how they supported our family through the arrangements. However, I did want to share a concern that caused some stress at the end. When my daughter and friend arrived to pick up my husband’s urn, there were unexpected extra ashes. As a Catholic family, it’s very important to us not to separate remains, but because of the miscommunication about how much would be cremated with him, the original urn we purchased was too small. My friend felt pressured to purchase a larger urn on the spot. After I contacted the funeral home to express my concern, they did refund the cost of the second urn, which I appreciate. I just hope future families are given clearer information up front to avoid the same situation. Thank you again for the compassion you showed our family overall.
