These guys went above and beyond to not only accommodate me but to make the whole process as easy and smooth as possible. Just the thought of planning my grandma's funeral had overwhelmed me, but Nathan took me step by step, kept in constant communication with me and helped me give my grandma the wonderful service she deserved. It turned out beautiful. They took details from the obituary i wrote, and added special little touches to service and luncheon. For example I mentioned that my grandma was a huge Colorado Rockies fan and during the lunch on one of the screens they were playing Rockies highlights. It was those little things that really made the whole thing perfect. They made me picture keepsakes which i will forever cherish. It was a wonderful experience working with these people who really know how to take care of people in their darkest moments of grieving a loved one.
