Thank you so much for being so amazing. I wasn't prepared to lose my daughter. I wasn't prepared financially either. Taking all those phone calls and payments from so many people just so I could hug and hold my daughter and have her ashes. It meant the world to me. You guys went far and beyond.

My experience with Alpha Cremation was fine. I live in CT and the Cremation was in Oregon. I wish the cardboard container had been sealed better, but I could not travel and all correspondence was over phone.
