We were very pleased with the respectful and efficient service provided by Oregon Cremation Company from preplanning through pickup. Apparently this company is affiliated with Crown Cremation as the services after my mom passed only involved Crown. This didn't detract from the excellent service, but it's odd this was not evident from the beginning.

From my first call to them to when I picked up my husband's ashes, every person showed me gracious compassion. Benjamin especially treated me as if I were a favorite aunt and made all the paperwork easy. The two people who came for my husband could not have been more caring. The woman who helped me when I picked up the ashes made me feel like this was the most important part of her day. It means so much.

This review is in my husband’s name as he is the one who transitioned to heaven to be with His Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Oregon Cremation was recommended by OHSU. Ben, the funeral director, was most helpful and quickly and efficiently addressed a few issues that came up. Thank you to Ben for his professionalism and also his kindness.
