My experiences with my cousin Billy were that he was a gentle, kind, shy young person. He was always kind and respectful toward me as both a child and as an adult. This fact has impacted my life because I recall this about him and I am sad about his passing. I have shared these memories over the years with my family and grandchildren who had never met him. I hope that his family can take some comfort from this. For me, the most important thing that lives on about someone beyond their passing is how you were treated by them. This influences how you carry their story forward. I am proud to have had him as a cousin. Robin Lunger
