William Patrick Best

William Patrick Best, 69, of Lakeland, FL passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Winter Haven Hospital. Born to William and Frances Roeder Best on July 22, 1947 in Queens, NY he moved to Florida over 50 years ago to attend the University of Tampa. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Lakeland and was retired from Mosaic. He is survived by: a daughter Patti Harrison of Winter Haven, FL; a son, Paul Best of Lakeland, FL; three sisters, Joan McGowan of North Carolina, Lorraine Zecher of New York and Mary Corcoran of Arizona; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm till 7:00pm, Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.
