A celebration of Alex’s life will be from 1 to 4p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008, at Farley Funeral Home in North Port. Alex passed away at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers. Alex attended Broken Arrow Public Schools in Oklahoma before moving to North Port in 2001. He graduated from NPHS in 2006. Alex was only here a short time, but lived an enormous life. He was a proud single father of two young sons. He was a trusted brother. He was a dearly loved only son. He had a passion for cars and was a skilled auto technician. He could fix anything. He always joked and loved to play pranks. He is also survived by a nephew, Kyler, and niece Trista, both of North Port; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins all in Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gerald Teehee and Robert Bissell of Oklahoma. Alex was an organ donor and was able to assist six people in need of transplants. In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorial donations be made to an education fund for Alex’s children.
