Juanita K. Mc Ardle, age 65, of North Port, Florida, passed away on February 26, 2008. She was born in Essex, Maryland on March 10, 1942. She was a Practical Nurse and served in the United States Navy. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary in Connecticut. She moved to North Port five years ago from Connecticut. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Patrick Mc Ardle; children, Patrick Mc Ardle, Jr., Thomas (Anita) Mc Ardle of Connecticut. Brian (Teresa) Mc Ardle of San Diego, California, Cheryl (Andrew) Rock of Cooperstown, New York; sister, Connie of Essex, Maryland; brother-in-laws, John Mc Ardle of New Jersey, Alec Mc Ardle of Seattle, Washington and sister-in-laws, Anne (Jack) Davenport of New Jersey and Cathy (Bob) Dunne of South Carolina. She also leaves behind five grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 29, 2008 from 4:00-6:00PM with a service and military honors to follow at 6:00PM at Farley Funeral Home in North Port. Burial will be held in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to TideWell Hospice & Palliative Care, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34238. Farley Funeral Home in North Port is handling the arrangements.
